At the leisure centre on the St Vincent sur Oust bank of the "Ile aux Pies" (Magpie Island), Apach Bihan proposes mountain bike hire for rides along the tow path or on the woody hill-slopes in the " Grand site Naturel "of the Lower Oust Valley, the only nature site in inland Brittany to be listed as a " Grand site Naturel".
