An exhibition on apples and cider along with a film will introduce you to the different stages of how our cider is made.

Sold on the farm all year round : Cider, Perry, aperitifs, apple juice, vinegar, cider jam , and many different local products available in gift packs.

"Maître Boulanger" (master baker)
In the small village of Renac, located 9 km north of Redon going towards Rennes, the Guilbaud bakery sells bread and cakes.
Véronique and Fabrice Guilbaud propose a variety of products in a traditional and novel way : Unleavened bread, organic bread, " Palis Renacois " ®, cakes made from chestnuts.
All of our bread is made from either traditional or ground flour, salt from the Millac salt works, organic yeast (type 65), and purified water.
A short detour through the village of Renac is a must. Present at the Redon covered market : Monday, Friday and Saturday morning.

Open : From 7.30am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7.30pm.
Closed : Wednesday and Sunday afternoon.

Discover this unusual aperitif made from apples, quinces and local honey. "Tisquin" is a local produce elaborated by Bertrand Abraham, aged in oak barrels, made into wine and diluted according to traditional methods. This fruit wine has a unique flavour, both sweet and sour at the same time.

At the river port of Roche Bernard, a reputed tourist site and a "Petite Cité millénaire de Caractère", one finds  " La Maison de l'Abeille". Housed in an immense ancient residence, this exhibition reconciles Man and the mysterious insect, the bee.
Learn about the life of bees and the beekeeper's work along with popular art related to apiculture dating back from pre-history up to the present day. Glass bee hives, videos (new films), various exhibitions. Come and see the extraction of honey during the harvesting season.
Honey tasting, sale of "Chouchenn"(a honey-based alcohol), gingerbread, sweets, honey. Discover over 100 products coming from or about bee hives : Royal jelly, pollen, propolis , souvenirs.

Located in the countryside half way between Redon and Rennes. Come and savour an excellent foie gras that you’ll have the pleasure of appreciating with your hosts.
Our ducks are prepared and cooked on the farm : foie gras mi-cuit (semi-cooked), duck confits, fillet of duck, take-away dishes. Around fifty products are prepared for your palate’s delight.
