18 centuries of history
The St. Agathe chapel which is famous for its Roman fresco, is a history book of its own going back 18 centuries.

Roman Venus
It was in succession, Gallo-Roman baths at the end of the 2 nd century, a church in the High Middle Ages (6 th -7 th centuries) and a funeral chapel in the 10 th century.
From its past is left a Roman fresco representing a venus coming out of the water and surrounded by a myriad of fish.

The purpose of this guided tour of the chapel and the Saint-Pierre-and Paul church (lasting approximately 1 ¼ hours) is to present the legends and customs and the archaeological facts attached to these two monuments.
